There is nothing more anticipated at the Cheerwine Festival than the amazing Cheerwine Inspired Items that our vendors create. Be sure to complete the Inspired Items portion of the vendor application. We look forward to reviewing your application!

The Cheerwine Festival is restricted to food, artisan/handmade craft, and beer vendors only. Direct sales, commercial businesses and non-profit organizations are not permitted. Sponsorship opportunities can be found under the Sponsorship tab.
Please complete the online application carefully before submitting. Cheerwine Festival will issue acceptance based
on the information provided in the online application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Participation fees vary based on vendor category.
Past vendors are NOT guaranteed a space in the Cheerwine Festival. All applications will be reviewed at the
completion of the application deadline and vendors will be chosen according to the criteria listed in the application. Please note that there is no preference given to vendors who apply early. All applications will be evaluated at the same time.
The deadline for vendor applications is 11:59 pm on Friday, February 7, 2025. Applications WILL NOT be accepted after this date.
Selected vendors will be notified via email on or before Friday, February 28, 2025. Full payment is due on or before Friday, March 14, 2025.
Please note that there will be an non-refundable fee of $25 per application.
