As a family-friendly company, F&M Bank is proud to sponsor the Cheerwine Festival Kid's Zone, including the F&M Bank Activity Tent. Free kid's activities will include coloring sheets, hands on activities provided by Happy Roots and more! Open from noon to 6 p.m.

East Coast Giant Stilt Walker

Head and shoulders above the crowd, these performers know how to make an entrance! East Coast Giants is a entertainment company based in NC featuring stilt walkers and characters. Performing from noon to 6 p.m.

Rock Climbing Wall

Take fun to new heights with the rock climbing wall! A free, safe way to let the energy out. Open from noon to 10 p.m.

Inflatable Moon Bounce

There's no two ways about it — kids love bounce houses! Kids can jump right in for a free fun time! No adults allowed inside the Moon Bounce. Open from noon to 10 p.m.

Gyroscope

Take a free spin in this unique ride. It originated from a simulator that is used for cardiovascular exercise and balance training in pilots and astronauts. The riders are restrained in the gyroscope chairs and swing freely as the gyro ride rotates, and it is a good way to ease those riders’ tension and inhibitions. Open from noon to 10 p.m.

Face Painting

Show off your Cheerwine pride or take your selfies to the next level with face painting. Prices vary. Open from noon to 10 p.m.

Smart Start Rowan

We are providing activities for children throughout the day at the Festival as part of our vision for Rowan County that every child will receive the education, nurturing, and support needed to provide the foundation for them to grow into healthy, productive citizens.

NC Transportation Museum

Interactive kids activityies will be provided by the NC Transportation Museum, which is a historic site, once home to Southern Railway’s largest steam locomotive repair facility in the southeast, and a museum featuring all types of transportation history – railroading, automotive, aviation, and more.
